Kinrowan Bungalow, Trerulefoot, Nr Looe. Kinrowan Park is conveniently situated just off the A38 and only 5 miles from the picturesque harbours of Looe and Polperro on the South Coast of Cornwall. A rural holiday base, yet within easy reach of pubs, good eating places, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor, Plymouth and The Eden Project. Sleeps 6

Accomodation information:
This modern, well equipped bungalow is set in delightful, wooded grounds extending to over 12 acres, with just a few other letting units. The accommodation comprises; Open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, comfortably furnished with lounge furniture, TV and video, dining table and chairs. The kitchen has a range of modern units and work-tops with oven and hob, microwave and fudge/freezer, etc. Three bedrooms, which are all en-suite, comprise; Master bedroom with double bed and bedroom furniture, bathroom off with corner bath, washbasin & WC. Second double bedroom with furniture, shower room off with electric shower, washbasin & WC. Third bedroom bas bunk-beds with furniture and shower room off with washbasin & WC. All linen, towels and tea-towels are provided. Electricity is by £1 coin meter. Sorry - no smoking and no pets.
