This is a luxury cottage on the banks of the river Fal. It offers peace and tranquility with un-interrupted river views. Decorated and equipped to the highest standard, Heron Cottage is a mecca for Sailing, Birdwatching and Walking.

Accommodation Heron Cottage has two upstairs bedrooms. The front bedroom has a double bed, with access to South facing balcony. The rear bedroom provides sleeping for 3 persons, 2 x bunk bed and 1 x single bed. The shower-room is also located upstairs. It has been newly refitted to a high standard, with a very spacious shower cubicle.

The Living/Dining area is open plan, with a large panoramic picture window providing views over the river, and access to the terrace/garden. Bar-B-Q facilities are available.The kitchen is modern, fully fitted and equipped to a high standard.

Heron Cottage is also equipped with washing and ironing facilities. All bed-linen, as well as towels and tea-towels, is provided. Heating in Winter is by Night Storage Heater with additional electric and Calor-gas heating available if required. All electricity costs are included in the price.

Facilities Heron Cottage is accessible by car, and provides parking for 2 cars. Malpas village has a single village store (open most hours) providing emergency supplies. The local village pub 'The Heron Inn' is highly recommended, and is a short walk from the cottage. The county town of Truro is only 2 miles away, providing extensive shopping facilities.

There is a slipway adjacent to Heron which is suitable for launching small boats at high tide.

The spacious villas at Perran View offer family accommodation for up to 8 persons. The site is in a rural setting about 2 miles from the expansive sandy beach at Perranporth. There is on-site Swimming (indoor), Bar, Restaurant, Shop and Entertainment for all the family.

Accommodation The villas sleep 4 - 6 or 6 - 8 people in 2 or 3 bedrooms (1 double and 1 or 2 twins) plus all villas have a sofa-bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped. A colour television is also provided. Electricity is also included Bed linen is included, but please bring your own towels.

Facilities On site entertainment facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis, crazy golf, Talk of the West Club (full evening entertainment programme), childrens Foxy Club, amusements and pool table.

There is also a shop, launderette, cafe and take-away on site. The activities in the area are too numerous to list here, but some of the most popular include : Sandy Beaches, Numerous Theme Parks, Surfing, Boat Trips, Golfing.
