WILLOW COTTAGE is a restored detached traditional Cornish country cottage and BIRCH COTTAGE is a newly-converted single-storey detached cottage with full en-suite facilities.
Despite the secluded setting (your only neighbours are the owners, who live in the farmhouse), you are in fact less than a quarter of a mile from the Hayle – Helston road, five minutes’ walk to the local pub, just one mile from the A30 trunk road and the nearest town, Hayle, and ideally situated for all the north and south coast resorts, as well as the main towns, beaches, facilities and attractions in West Cornwall, all of which are within about 30 minutes’ drive of the cottage, most a lot less. The location means that even destinations further afield are relatively quick to get to – the Eden Project, for instance, is only about 45 minutes away by car.

Outside Each cottage has a small, private lawned Garden with garden furniture and barbecue, and a separate drying area. There is private off-road Parking for two cars per property next to the gardens (extra cars, caravans, boats etc. can be accommodated by prior arrangement). Other information The prices per
week range from £195 to £675. What you see is what you pay - there
are no hidden extras in the prices. Electricity and water charges
are included, and all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper,
cleaning and washing-up materials are provided at no extra cost.
Also included on request are cot, highchair and stair-gate. All
you will need to bring with you are towels and cot bedding (if applicable). The cottages are let from Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am, and are available all year round, with short breaks available between October and May. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit, which is roughly 25% of the rental price. The balance is due six weeks before the start of your holiday.
