The Studio holiday let is a new
contemporary building for 2008.

It is situated in a quiet rural area of conservation on the North Cornwall coast within walking distance of the beautiful Holywell Bay and Porth Joke beaches, and only ¾ mile from the village of Cubert.

ACCOMMODATION

The Let has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4/5, bathroom and ground floor cloakroom, and a lounge/diner/kitchen which opens up via 5m of glazed doors to the decking outside.

All the fixtures and fittings are of high quality and feature a 42'' plasma DVD player, Hi-Fi and whirlpool bath. There is a dining table and the let is heated with oil central heating.

LOCATION

Cubert has two grocery stores, a post office and three good restaurants and is well placed to explore the rest of Cornwall.

Hyacinth Cottage is a traditional 3-bedroom Cornish family cottage in the North Cornwall coastal village of Cubert, close to Holywell Bay.

ACCOMMODATION

The cottage comprises of a contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar and modern appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.

A ground floor bedroom with modern bunk beds, sofa-bed and TV (ideal for children or a couple, and to watch TV in wet weather).

A cosy lounge with wood floor, TV, DVD and stereo, with stairs leading to the first floor bedrooms and family bathroom. The family bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over.

There are 2 bedrooms - one large double - the master with en suite power shower, and one twin.

Access to the lawned rear garden is through the rear stable door, with through access for the residents of the row of cottages.

A pet is welcome. The cottage is non-smoking.

This house sleeps up to 6 plus baby. A travel cot and high chair can be provided at no extra cost
