Peaceful and tranquil with lovely country views situated in the small hamlet of Launcells, yet only 3 miles from the Atlantic Highway A39 which hugs the North Cornwall magnificent coastline and leads you down through all the renowned areas of Clovelly, Boscastle, Tintagel, The Eden Project, Rock, Padstow, Bodmin Moor and the Lizard Peninsula, to name but a few.

We are on the Cornwall/Devon Border so Dartmoor is very accessible.

Bude is only a 7 minute drive to this delightful Cornish town which is surrounded by wonderful sandy beaches, renowned for bathing and surfing and character shops.

Bude has so much to offer and enjoy with the choice of many different splendid sandy beaches and natural sea enclosed pool, interesting shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.

Excellent nearby golf courses, bowling green, bowling alley, tennis courts, surf schools and leisure centre. The sealock and canal are a focal point with picturesque walks, canoeing and fishing.

The historic and pretty villages of Stratton, and Kilkhampton, with pubs, takeaways and shopping facilities, are just two miles away, and our nearest pub is less than 10 minutes walk.
