Detached cottage linked by a covered walkway to main house situated near the North Cornish Coast some 6 miles south of Bude.

Surrounded by beautiful and peaceful countryside, the cottage has its own secluded garden which is completely enclosed making it safe for pets. Garden furniture is provided including BBQ enabling you to relax on a warm summer's evening. Neets Valley Park has some ten acres of land made up of pasture and meadow which is edged by a stream. From the hill behind the cottage, there are breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Widemouth Bay and Bude

Widemouth Bay is 2 1/2 miles away and has a very nice Pub which overlooks the sea and has very good food. There is a small shop with an excellent fresh fish counter and of course two beautiful beaches.

Bude which is some 6 miles away has a good variety of shops including three supermarkets and a considerable number of eating places. A number of attractions are provided for folk during the summer months, usually to satisfy all tastes.

Bude Jazz Festival now has quite a name for itself usually held during the week of the August Bank Holiday
