This mid terraced cottage can accommodate three adults, whilst being very popular with couples (and child) or one person working away from home. The front door opens into a comfortable lounge with a dining area at one end. A log burner and large rug on the tiled floor enhance the cosy cottage feel. The compact kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a lean-to utility area. Upstairs the bathroom (shower over bath) serves a double and a small single bedroom, both featuring waxed, original floorboards. Park up to two cars on the gravelled frontage. |
The bungalow is spacious: facing South feels bright and airy and sits in large, lawned gardens -peaceful and private with countryside views. Plenty of space in the gravelled drive for cars and a boat/trailer. A king sized and a twin bedded room offer flexible accommodation with a WC and separate bathroom (shower over bath) sited between them. A wide hallway leads to the lounge, dining room and separate kitchen/pantry; a utility corridor links to the garage and outside WC. There is a step up to the front door; after this the accommodation is on one level, all floors tiled. Assisted wheelchair users visit this property. |
Surrounded on three sides by fields, pheasants and partridges stroll around the garden of this spacious, detached house which faces South. Downstairs is tiled throughout: steps from the large kitchen lead down to a dining room. There's a small sun lounge and a twin bedded room with small ensuite shower room. Steep stairs lead up to the carpeted first floor comprising: bedroom with double and single beds; single bedroom; bathroom with separate shower-cubicle; large lounge with patio doors leading onto a terrace. Ideal for two couples to stay, or grandma and grandpa to join in a family holiday. |

Calenick is a quiet hamlet about a mile from Truro. A farm butcher's shop and river banks are within close walking distance, whilst a cycle path affords a half hour level walk to the riverside supermarket. |
Although a quiet area Feock has plenty to offer; thatched pub/restaurant 5 min. walk; 5 min. drive to Loe Beach (watersports/slipway), Trelissick Gardens/riverside country park, car ferry to the Roseland area, doctor, hairdresser, PO/shops; 10 min. drive to Truro. |
Feock is regarded as a "well-to-do" residential area within 10 minutes drive of Truro. A pleasant 20 minute walk brings you to Loe beach or Trelissick Gardens. Local services are a short drive away, as is the King Harry car ferry to the Roseland peninsula. |
