Hollyhocks is a family holiday home with a wonderfully relaxed feel. The house is situated 5 mins walk from the local shops of Rock Village, including a bakery, butchers, fishmongers, delicatessen and grocery shop.

Hollyhocks is one mile from Rock beach and the Camel Estuary which offers many watersports such as sailing and water skiing. There are a number of pubs and restaurants situated by the beach. Polzeath is a short drive away which offers a great family beach and excellent surfing.

Hollyhocks is also near St. Enodoc golf course in Rock and Roserrow golf course in Polzeath which also offers a fitness suite and sauna and swimming pool.

You can catch a "walk on" ferry from Rock beach over to Padstow, which is a lovely fishing village with an interesting harbour - home to Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant and his new restaurant/take away offering "Stein's fish and chips"!

ACCOMMODATION

Upstairs comprises three bedrooms - two doubles (one en-suite), Small bedroom with toddler bed.

Downstairs comprises one large twin bedroom, dining room, spacious sitting room (one Sofabed) and newly fitted kitchen. Kitchen includes electric cooker, dishwasher, Microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer. TV, Hi Fi, DVD player, stairgate and highchair also provided.

There is an enclosed garden which is safe for children and dogs and is a real suntrap.

Hollyhocks is available to let for Christmas and New Year 2008.
