Holly Bank is a 2 bedroomed bungalow. Lounge with picture window looking across countryside, Newly refurbished kitchen with dining area, this has electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Full oil central heating. All heating and electric is included in the rental also all bedding, you just need to bring personal towels. (Towels provided for overseas guests.)

London Apprentice is a small hamlet just 2 miles from the nearest beaches. St Austell train/bus station is approx 3 miles. Holly Bank is in an elevated position with lovely views over the gardens and countryside. A short walk takes you to a riverside walk or cycle trail to Pentewan village and beach 2 miles

There are local woodland walks through Kings Woods opposite Holly Bank, and a riverside stroll along The banks of the White River to Pentewan beach. Heligan Gardens is 4 miles and the Eden project 6 miles. The scenic village of Mevagissey is 4 miles with fishing Trips and ferry to Fowey, numerous restaurants and pubs Many National Trust properties and gardens are all Within a short drive. Truro, the county town is approx 12 miles with cathedral, museum and river trips to Falmouth, and a wide variety of shops. Charlestown a Georgian harbour with the Tall Ships is 2 miles
