The bungalow sleeps six and the accommodation comprises

• 1 double bedroom with king-size bed;
• 2 twin bedrooms;
• 2 bathrooms with shower attachments;
• 2 WC’s;
• Lounge with Freeview TV, DVD & video;
• Large double-glazed sunroom
• Dining room with tv;
• Kitchen - electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher
• Suntrap garden looking towards Roserrow Golf Course, distant moors and farmland
• Barbeque and garden furniture
• Tank for rinsing wetsuits.

The property is double-glazed and is heated by night storage heaters and electric fires (meters taking £1 coins).

Sheets and towels etc are not provided but can be hired locally - details on request.

We have a no-smoking policy inside the bungalow.

Dogs are allowed but they should not be left unattended when you are out. Car parking for 2-3 cars. Access statement available on request.

Local area:
Walking distance (½ mile) from Polzeath, Grenaway and Daymer beaches. Trebetherick stores, 200m from Hillcroft, provides the following: Groceries/Freshly cooked food/Newsagent/Off Licence. There are two pubs in walking distance of the bungalow. In Rock there are further food shops in Rock including Di’s Dairy (deli), a good SPAR shop, Rock Bakery, Watts Butchers and a fish shop.

Directions:
Hillcroft Bungalow is just off the main road through Trebetherick. Coming up from Polzeath, as you reach the top of the hill you pass Carter’s Pub on the right and you turn left down a narrow lane (unnamed) just past the 'old people crossing' sign. Coming from the Rock direction the lane is on the right just after you pass Estuary Estates on the left. Hillcroft Bungalow is the first dwelling down the lane before you reach Hillcroft Cottage.
