A comfortable, well-equipped bungalow with lovely views across farmland towards Roserrow Golf Course. Walking distance (½ mile) from Polzeath and Daymer beaches.

The bungalow sleeps six and the accommodation comprises:

• 1 double bedroom with king-size bed;
• 2 twin-bedded bedrooms;
• 2 Bathrooms with hand-held showers;
• 2 toilets;
• Lounge with FreeView TV, Video and DVD Player;
• Dining room with TV; Kitchen - electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.

The property is double-glazed and is heated by night storage heaters and electric fires. There is a meter taking £1 coins.

Sheets and towels are not provided but can be hired locally - details on request.

We have a no-smoking policy inside the bungalow.

There is a large glazed veranda with sunroom for meals etc.; a suntrap garden looking towards Roserrow Golf Course, distant moors and farmland; barbeque and garden furniture. Tank for rinsing wetsuits.

Pets are allowed but they should not be left unattended when you are out.

Car parking for 2-3 cars.

Hillcroft Bungalow is just off the main road through Trebetherick. Coming up from Polzeath, as you reach the top of the hill you pass Carter's Pub on the right and you turn left down a narrow lane (unnamed) just past the 'old people crossing' sign. Coming from the Rock direction the lane is on the right just after you pass Estuary Estates on the left. Hillcroft Bungalow is the first dwelling down the lane before you reach Hillcroft Cottage.

Trebetherick has a Post Office/Newsagent/Off Licence/Food shop which is just up the road. There are nice food shops in Rock including Di's Dairy (deli), a good SPAR shop, Rock Bakery and a fish shop. There are two pubs in walking distance of the bungalow.
