St Ives in Cornwall
Our two flats are beautifully located in St
Ives in an elevated position that gives stunning views over the town,
sea & beaches. On one side of the property is the town, on the other is
countryside.
The location gives peace and quiet in what
is a busy town environment during holiday periods. We are a couple of
minutes from the coastal footpath on a tranquil lane, yet less than a
minute from the bustling community of St Ives.
The property has a lot to commend it - this
is no second home let - we live in the main house all year round and take
great care in the layout/furnishings of the apartments as well as the
comfort of our guests.
St Ives offers sandy beaches, the strong artist
community augmented by the Tate Gallery, as well as plenty of activities
and wonderful restaurants, all of which are within walking distance.
Our biggest compliment is that many
of our guests return annually.
One bedroom flat (sleeps
2)
The best views in the property with its first floor lounge, rain or shine,
the views are spectacular. The lounge has TV/DVD with digital freeview;
stereo; and a well fitted integral kitchen, including electric oven; and
microwave.
The bedroom has a double 4' 6" size bed and the room
overlooks the countryside. Shower, WC & basin, off-road parking for one
car, private entrance and entrance hall complete the accommodation. Wireless
Broadband access.
Two bedroom flat (sleeps 4)
A spacious lounge with TV with digital freeview; DVD; stereo;
a large window with excellent views. The kitchen is equipped with electric
cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave etc. and has
a separate dining area.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom
has two 3' single beds. The bathroom is fitted with large shower unit,
WC & basin. Main access is via the garden which has patio areas to front
and side, one containing built in BBQ and seating.
Off-road parking is provided for one car. Wireless Broadband
access.
