The Farmhouse Sleeps 10 - Friday changeover

A stunning medieval farmhouse with breathtaking views over the coastline. This is a real family house with wonderful accommodation for a large family or ideal for two families sharing.

The lovely farmhouse kitchen has old slate floors and is fitted with a mixture of freestanding and fitted units and a four door aga, plus a gas cooker, dish washer and larder fridge, also with a walk in larder and a chest freezer. A utility room houses the washing machine and the tumble dryer and a walk in drying room. There is also a downstairs shower room to throw the children in after the beach!

A large conservatory off the kitchen is wonderful to enjoy the view and if your lucky the fabulous sunsets or for eating. There is a large patio area outside leading onto a grassed lawn. The sitting room has an open fire and huge sofas and there is a second sitting room with TV and DVD and a large selection of games for all ages, plus a table tennis table. The dining room has a wood burner and is fun for a more formal evening. The upstairs has three double rooms two with king sized beds, there is one twin room and two singles. There are two bathrooms.

A wonderful converted barn with marvellous views and extremely comfortable accommodation. Pretty open plan kitchen and sitting room with slate floors and window sills and lots of the original timbers with loads of character, there is an oak fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. A sitting area with comfy sofas and chairs, a wood burner for colder nights and a TV with DVD player plus a CD. There are two double rooms both with king sized beds, one with an ensuite shower and the other with a bath al on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an attic room with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with an electric shower in the bath.

The Annexe Sleeps 2 - Short breaks available

The annex is a converted barn at the end of the main farmhouse, a wonderful building with great character and a very romantic feel.

A lovely galleried bedroom with ensuite bathroom and then a kitchen and sitting area downstairs, fitted with oak units and Belfast sink and a comfortable sitting area with good lighting and comfy sofa and chair to curl up in and read a good book or watch the TV or a Video, fabulous walking across the field to the coastal path to take you in any direction.
