The Cottage has been tastefully converted from a
granite barn and is situated approx 1 mile from St Ives in an elevated
position between the grounds of Tregenna Castle Hotel's golf course, St
Ives School, and Steeple woods.

with stairs to 1st floor and large under stair space and coat rail etc

Walk through Steeple
Woods stretching up behind the property to Knill Monument and its
spectacular panoramic views, popular with walkers of all ages. Or perhaps
cross the main road and walk a stretch of the renowned Cornish coastal
path, west to St Ives or east to Lelant (home to West Cornwall Golf Club)
and Hayle where the sandy beaches stretch as far as Godrevy lighthouse.
