Higher Prospidnick Cottage is a traditional 18th Century stone and cob wall thatched farm cottage set in quiet rural location down it's own private lane near Porthleven and Helston

Ideal for both North and South coasts, and Lizard Peninsula e.g. 4 miles from Porthleven and 12 miles from St Ives, with lovely beaches like Praa Sands only a short drive away plus the miles of coast paths to enjoy

ACCOMMODATION

Higher Prospidnick Cottage between Crowntown and Nancegollan overlooking farmland with small garden and patio area facing south and ample parking space for one or two cars The cottage has LPG gas central heating.

The accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor:

• Snug (small sitting room) with sofa and armchairs, log stove and digital TV
• Farmhouse Kitchen / Dining Room with table and chairs, armchairs and sofa. There is also an Aga cooker*
• Galley Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine plus all cooking utensils etc.
• Toilet / Shower Room.
  

Upper Floor:

• Main Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. - plus a folding single bed (for child) if required.
• Second Bedroom with two 3' single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers

All beds have duvets and linen is supplied - please bring towels At the end of each week we supply a change of bedding.

Electricity and gas are included in the price and one bag of logs per day.

We can usually supply additional logs from October to April at £3 per bag *The Aga cooker can be lit and used for cooking - by special request and subject to availability - but not usually between May and October. The Aga is solid fuel and will require servicing twice a day - i.e. ash removal and fuel filling.
