Swift Cottage Swift cottage - Has two bedrooms, 1 double and a twin + bathroom with a pressure shower. The cottage was converted from a barn - keeping its old beams and oak flooring. A touch of today and yesterday. One small step leading to bedrooms/bathroom and front door.

Set within its own garden - the front leading out onto the the unique horse-shoe court yard and gardens

Willow Cottage (sleeps 2) Willows cottage is a beautiful 1 bed cottage with a modern kitchen, lounge and en-suite shower room. The small but private garden is a real sun trap with country outlook. A dedicated parking space adjoins the cottage.

Wagtail Cottage (sleeps 5) has a lovely South East facing enclosed garden getting the morning sun and afternoon sunshine. ideal for breakfast 'al fresco'. Leading out of the garden onto lawn and parking. Swings for the children. Well behaved dogs are welcome £30 per week.

AA two bedroomed cottage - sleeps 5. One double room one twin bedroom. single bed and bunk beds for that extra friend. (£20 per week extra). Large lounge with two large settees, kitchen area from lounge. leading onto its own lawned garden and patio area, that leads out onto a lawned area with swings. The kitchen has everything you need to make that special meal or birthday cake. Cooker, washing machine. Micro wave, fridge/ice box - no freezer.

Swallows Cottage (sleeps 4)

Swallows a two bedroomed cottage - one with a kingsize bed and twin bedroom. Swallows is the big sister of Swift and are side by side of each other. Often booked for families who like to holiday together, but also like to have their own space. The kitchen and lounge are seperate.

It has two small steps with hand rail leading from the kitchen to the lounge and another two leading from the lounge to the bedrooms/bathroom. Set in its own garden - within another garden with lawns for children to run freely and play on the swings. farm land surrounds Higher Penhole Farm and you can see the cows in the fields at the back of Swallows.
