The Hepworth family run bed and breakfast accommodation with a perfect location, 50 yards from Tolcarne beach only a 3 minute walk from the railway station, buses ten minutes from Coach Station, Newquay Airport 20 minutes away , an ideal base for visiting Cornwall.

We are lucky enough to have a beautiful garden and we allow our guests to use it. Ground floor bedroom, suitable for all, it has been adapted to be disabled friendly suitable for disabled visitors with wheelchairs, large walk in shower room able to accommodate a wheelchair, all the ground floor is totally accessible, there is ramp access to the front door . We are open for Christmas and New Year.
