Situated on 54 acres of Cornish countryside, in the pretty Porth Valley, with the meandering stream leading down to Porth Beach, 2 miles away, or 1 mile as the seagull flies.
We are about half a mile from the main road, along a pretty country lane, then down a long, private drive, so are very safe and peaceful.
We are 10 minutes in the car from the beautiful Watergate Bay, Fistral Beach and Newquay town centre.
The Holiday Cottages offer something for everyone, sleeping 2 to 8 people in great comfort, with lovely antique furnishings.
We are open all year, so ideal for out of season short breaks. Special rates for couples-only.

THE COTTAGES START FROM £170 FOR A COUPLE-ONLY FOR A 3 NIGHT BREAK,
FROM NOVEMBER TO MARCH..

Short breaks are welcome ALL YEAR in any cottage available.

Weekly Winter prices are from £340 for 2, £420 for 4, £460 for 5/6 and £540 for 7/8.

Mid season weekly rates are from £410 for 2, £480 for 4, £550 for 5/6 and £610 for 7/8.

High season weekly rates are £610 for 2, £800 for 3/4, £1000 for 5/6 and £1200 for 7/8..

This is a charming beamed cottage, being detached with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 in comfort. Downstairs is one bedroom with a double brass bed, with French windows and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Large dining room, with wonderful antique refectory table and furnishings, seating 8. Beautiful newly enlarged kitchen, with every modern appliance, American Fridge/ Freezer, Range Cooker, W/M, T/Dryer etc. Large open plan sitting room, upstairs, with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and 42" Plasma screen TV plus Freeview. 2 further bedrooms, a double with 4 poster and a twin room.

This cottage has 3 bedrooms. Upstairs there is a large open galleried bedroom with 5ft Mahogany Sleigh bed and a small single bed/chair for a child, (6th person). There is ample room for a cot here, also. LCD TV with Freeview. Newly built en-suite bathroom.

Charming, beamed sitting room looking over the gardens with leather suite, 42" Plasma screen plus Freeview. Well equipped kitchen/diner, with dish washer, washing machine, etc. and 2 further bedrooms downstairs, one a twin room or zipped together the beds will make a 5ft King size, the 3rd bedroom is a small single room. A lovely family bathroom, newly refurbished and including a P shaped shower/ bath. Oil fired central heating, recently installed.

This quaint, beamed 2 bedroomed cottage sleeps 4. The large lounge has 2 leather sofa's, 37" Plasma TV with Freeview, lovely old mahogany dining table and chairs. Well equipped kitchen with D/W etc. Newly fitted out bathroom, with a shower over. Separate little room with Laundry facilities, W/M and stacked T/Dryer and storage. Kingsize four poster bedroom, with LCD TV with Freeview and a pretty twin bedded room. This cottage is linked on the outside, by one corner of one wall, to Spiders Web, so is otherwise detached. It is all on one level and particularly useful for families with young children.
