Headland House is a luxury boutique bed and breakfast with a much coveted location above Carbis Bay beach and it's golden sands and turquoise sea. Headland House is the perfect hideaway for those wanting to relax and get away, but at the same time to enjoy the convenience of being just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of St. Ives, with it's narrow cobbled streets, art galleries, lively restaurants and cafes.

Set within a period three storey Edwardian house with high ceilings and beautiful architecture, Headland House has been sympathetically restored with many period features. Our delicious breakfasts are served in our breakfast room and conservatory, overlooking beautiful Carbis Bay and St. Ives, or on warm summer mornings the terrace in comfy rattan sofas and chairs, complimentary tea and coffee are available in "The Snug" lounge overlooking the lawned garden, double hammock and sun loungers.

Our luxury bedrooms are decorated in cool calm neutral tones, with everything you should need, king or super king size beds, crisp white bed linen, fluffy white towels, flat screen tv's with integrated dvd/cd and freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bars, modern en-suite shower rooms with power showers or stylish bathrooms with double end roll top baths and White Company toiletries.

Location

Located above Carbis Bay beach we are the perfect location from which to base your break, either by car, train or foot, enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from St. Ives. Carbis Bay station is merely 150 yards from us from which you can travel along the coastal route to St. Ives, Penzance or further afield. For those travelling down by air Newquay Airport is a short 30 minutes away.

Simply wander down to the coastal path turn left to St. Ives or right to Porthkidney Beach and the Hayle Estuary where you'll find miles of stunning beach and sand dunes.
