Room rate is £75 - £85 per night, inclusive full English breakfast for two people. Check in is between 2 - 6pm and check out is 10.30am. We are open all year. We are able to offer special rates between November & March, please get in touch to find out further details. We cannot accommodate any pets. We regret we cannot accept payment by credit/debit card.

ACCOMMODATION

Our ensuite bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, quality duvets, pillows and crisp white bed linen to ensure a restful night.

All rooms have a flat screen TV, refreshment tray, hairdryer and glossy magazines. WI-FI internet access is available. Fully central heated for the cooler months.

During your stay you are welcome to relax in the guest lounge or you are welcome to use our delightful garden which has a seating area.

Afternoon teas and evening meals are available by request, we also offer a snack menu which is available between 4 & 6pm.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is in the garden room, which is light and airy looking over the garden where you can enjoy a relaxed leisurely breakfast. We offer a varied breakfast menu using locally sourced produce where possible, freshly cooked on the Aga.

A selection of chilled fruit juices.

A choice of muesli, cereal, fresh fruit & grapefruit, creamy yoghurt.

Traditional Cornish breakfast - bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, and a choice of fried, poached or scrambled egg.

Eggs lightly scrambled with either smoked salmon or topped with crispy bacon on a toasted muffin.

Vegetarian cooked breakfast.

Rack of white & wholemeal toast with local preserves.

Fresh coffee or tea.
