Halftides is a delightful cosy-chic 2 bedroom cottage with spectacular sea views and its own private path that leads down to the golden sands of Polurrian Beach.

You can sit peacefully in your garden and watch the sea or take a 5 minute stroll down to the beach, or if you are feeling more energetic you can walk the cliff path - in one direction to Mullion harbour and Kynance or in the other direction to Poldhu Beach and Gunwalloe

Approached from an unmade lane, with parking adjacent to the property, the sheltered entrance leads directly into the brand new kitchen and dining area. The new fitted units provide plenty of storage space. There is an electric oven and hob, and fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Off the kitchen is the sitting room which has 2 twin seater sofas, a log burner, LCD TV, DVD player and stereo.

The staircase leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables, having a dual aspect the main window has lovely sea and coastal views. The second bedroom has twin 3ft beds with side table and wardrobe. This bedroom also enjoys sea views. The shower room has a shower cubicle with new electric shower, wc, basin and mirror with electric shaver socket.

Outside there is a small sitting area, and across the drive is a large private garden for your use, complete with patio furniture and barbecue; a perfect place to enjoy the sea views.

Services:

Rental includes electricity, bedlinen, towels (not beach towels) and an initial supply of fuel for the log burner. Further supplies can be purchased from the owner. Heating throughout by wall mounted convector heaters.
