Situated on Cornwall's North Coast between St Ives and Newquay. At the 'quiet' end of the beach, known as 'Smugglers Cove', it is easily reached on a small road with private parking.

The village is in easy walking distance providing Shops, Restaurants and 3 Pubs.

Safe, sandy beach patrolled by lifeguards and also good for surfing.

Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc.

Lounge diner with bed settee, TV and DVD.

Central to many attractions in Cornwall with the main A30 road less than 4 miles away.

Ideal for couples and families. (Single sex groups not permitted)

PORTREATH

Portreath nestles in a valley between high cliffs with a secluded sandy beach which is ideal for the family.

The beach is clean and safe for children as well as providing adequate surfing for those who do not want to travel elsewhere.

The village has a friendly atmosphere and caters for most needs of visitors whether holidaying in the area or touring whilst based in the village. The village has 3 pubs, with many more within a few miles; Portreath boasts one of the best restaurants in Cornwall.

It is within a 40-minute drive of the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Maritime Museum, many surf beaches, golf clubs.

For the holiday-maker who prefers to keep to the local area, there are many facilities to enjoy including the beautiful beach for swimming, surfing and windsurfing, fishing the National Trust coastal footpath with unsurpassed, breathtaking scenery and inland wooded and parkland walks where wild flowers and many species of birds abound.
