Privately owned and run by Geoff & Sian Cumins, The Grove overlooks and offers views of Falmouth's National Maritime Museum and the Harbour beyond - a unique and fascinating scene of constant activity and movement and a haven for yachtsmen from all over the world. From nearby quays, pleasure boats cruise past ocean going ships to the beautiful River Fal or across the bay to the Helford River and the famous Frenchmans Creek, whilst numerous fishing boats move quietly in and out, continuing an industry which has existed here for many generations.

At The Grove we have 20 bedrooms simply decorated to the highest standards and spread out over three floors assuring you privacy in an intimate environment, including a "Four Poster" room and a quiet "Garden Room".

Every bedroom is individually decorated in a relaxing style. There are various categories of room to choose from. Many of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, multi-channel television, complimentary toiletries, tea & coffee tray.

Single Cosy with a dash of practicality is the mixture for these rooms, not too big and not too small with all the amenities a person could want. Make yourself comfortable in your bed for a well-deserved nights rest. Once awake take a hot shower or bath to prepare you for the day that lies ahead.

Both the town centre and harbour are within easy walking distance and each provide plenty of interest and activity. We are ideally situated for ferries, fishing trips, scenic walks and the beautiful Gyllingvase, Maenporth and Swanpool beaches. There is a water-skiing and windsurfing centre nearby as well as indoor swimming pools, tennis, golf and of course sailing, since Carrick Roads and clear waters around Falmouth Bay offer some of the finest sailing and underwater diving in the country. A wide variety of coach excursions is available from the pick up point just along the road in Grove Place or a short scenic walk takes you to Pendennis Castle one of Falmouth's principle attractions.

Also close by are the Art Museum, Arts Theatre - with films, plays and exhibitions and the Princess Pavillion, which hosts various summer concerts.
