Greenbank is a modern family home in a private drive situated close to the heart of the delightful village of St Mawgan. The house lies in a quiet un-spoilt area and there is ample off street parking. There are two bedrooms available, one double and one twin, and a camp bed or z-bed can be used by small children if necessary.

LOCATION

Greenbank is within minutes walking distance of a local 16th Century Inn, providing excellent meals and we are close to many beautiful sandy beaches on the North coast. There are lots activities to be found in this area, from surfing and horse riding, to visiting sea-side villages and ancient castles.

ACCOMMODATION

There is a double and a twin bedded room, each with central heating, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities. A large bathroom offers a bath as well as a separate shower. A small fridge is available for use by visitors, as well as a hairdryer and an iron. We ask guests not to smoke anywhere inside the house.

BREAKFAST

A choice of a full English or a smaller breakfast is available with several varieties of tea and (de)caffeinated coffee which are served in the conservatory overlooking the garden and a beautiful valley.

TARIFF

The rate is from £25 per person per night (£30 single occupancy).
