Situated in a beautifully secluded valley, Goonwinnow Farm stands in its own 7-acre grounds.

It is the ideal location to explore Cornwall being only 6 miles from the glorious north coast beaches and 15 miles from the fishing coves of the south coast.

Goonwinnow farm has a Hot tub, Sauna, and Games room together with childrens play equipment and large playing field. With just 4 luxury cottages you can be assured of enjoying the peace and quiet of this beautiful area of Cornwall whilst having easy access to its many and varied tourist attractions.

All the individual cottages have been converted to an extremely high standard from the original farm buildings.

Two Bedroom Cottages
£295 - £750 (each sleeps 4)

The Stables:
The Stables has a lounge with a wood burning stove, kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms; 1 king size, 1 twin, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. This is a very spacious cottage! The doors from the living room open into an enclosed garden with patio area. From here you can enjoy the views across the valley towards St Newlyn East.

The Piggery:
The Piggery has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a wood burning stove, 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and a bathroom with a separate shower. The doors from the living room open onto a decking area with the most fantastic view of the Cornish countryside.

The Stables and Piggery share a secluded courtyard and are ideally suited for two families wishing to holiday together.

Four Bedroom Cottages
£550 - £1350 (Sleeps 8)

The Mill House:
Sleeps 8. This cottage is semi-detached, having been converted from the original mill building.

The doors from the living room open into an enclosed garden with patio area. From here you can enjoy the views across the valley towards St Newlyn East.

The Wheel House:
Sleeps 8. This cottage is semi-detached and retains the original water wheel.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms; 1 king size, 2 twin, with 1 shower room and 1 bathroom. On the first floor there is a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with 1 double bedroom and shower room.

Both these cottages have their own gardens with barbecue area and combined the cottages can cater for the really large family celebrations.
