in a beautifully kept residential estate, on the outskirts of Falmouth,
just 2 miles from the town centre and very close to Swanpool Beach, with
just a 5 minute walk and opposite Falmouth golf course.
The lovely sandy beaches of Falmouth, Maenporth,
Helford River and Roseland Peninsula with their beautiful scenic landscape,
provide wonderful safe bathing, surfing, yachting, water sports, fishing
and walking, appealing to all age groups from babies to senior citizens,
with their diverse interests.

ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
2 double bedrooms
(1 with an ensuite) and 1 single bedroom, each furnished with lovely comfortable
beds and luxurious white Egyptian cotton bed linen and goose-down duvets
and pillows.
Bathroom
Separate bathroom, hand held shower, wash basin and WC and downstairs
WC.
Lounge
The spacious lounge has a TV, DVD, Video and CD player, along with a selection
of software, books and games.
Kitchen / Diner
A large area fully equipped with a double electric oven, gas hop, dishwasher,
washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and a large selection of kitchenware
and white dinner service. This leads onto the patio and pretty sheltered
garden equipped with BBQ and garden furniture.

LOCATION
Three Bays is close to many amenities in Falmouth, such
as the National Maritime Museum and well placed for visiting many attractions
in Cornwall from The Lost Gardens of Heligan, one of many spectacular
National Trust Gardens and Flambards Leisure Park, to the Eden Project,
not least, the numerous quaint fishing villages, beaches and towns spread
across the county. Maybe take a boat trip across to St Mawes, or a day
trip by helicopter, or boat to the Isles of Scilly.
