or single travellers who want a tranquil and calming holiday by the sea.
Both apartments are fitted out to a very high specification with quality
evident throughout.
The Golden View apartment is slightly larger and has a separate dining
area.
Both apartments have full gas central heating making them ideal for all
year round holidays, with short breaks available in the off peak season.
Accommodation includes:

- 26” Flat screen TV with integral DVD.
- Dish washer, washer/dryer.
- Each apartment has a security camera and remote door opening from within the apartment.

- Changeover days are Friday. Available from 4 pm on day of arrival and to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
- As with most accommodation in St. Ives there are no parking spaces
connected to the property, but there is a 300 space public car park
opposite where weekly tickets are available.
The location of the apartments is perfect and no vehicles will be needed to savour all the delights St Ives has to offer. All amenities are within walking distance.
St Ives town with its cobbled streets full of un-spoilt character, quaint shops, restaurants and galleries is only a 2 minute walk away. The Tate Gallery can be seen from the balconies of both apartments and is only 200 metres away.
Porthmeor Beach is only a stone’s throw away, where usually surf can be enjoyed and there is a surf school if you fancy having a go! All the other beaches are easily accessible and just minutes away.
The railway station is close making it ideal if you don’t want to bring your car.
