Pentire Flat is on the first floor and has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is located in a wonderful position being only yards from Polzeath beach and amenities. The flat has the benefit of a balcony with views to Polzeath Beach, parking and an enclosed patio area.

Polzeath has many amenities including grocery stores, newsagent, post office, surf shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is a very popular surfing beach and is watched over by lifeguards in the summer months.
