The properties are located within walking distance of the renowned national trust estate Lanhydrock House. We are only 15/20 mins drive from the Eden Project.

This unique cottage has only this year been been completed to a very high standard.
The photos must be viewed to totally appreciate the location and fantastic interior. It has two bedrooms. There is a double room with beamed ceilings and another with bunk beds. In the main living area a settee converts easily into a double bed giving the potential for six people.
The cottage overlooks its own garden which is very private and is of a size of half an acre. The property is accessed by its own private drive.
For
relaxing there is a beamed veranda for barbeques and over a humped back
bridge is the HOT TUB for relaxing.
It is a must to see the photos of these £10,000 spas which were new this year. Each cottage has its own exclusive hot tub.

This cottage has one bedroom but can sleep an extra two on leather bed settee which is of such quality (leather) that is capable of use as a permanent bed.
Swallow cottage is very special and the photos will identify this brave description. As a family we ( a family of five) sometimes choose to use it ourselves dispite having a large luxurious farmhouse as our main residence.
The cottage also benefits from a HOT TUB costing £10,000 this year which has cd player and LED lighting.
The cottage benefits from a single oven ,hob and fridge. Washing facilities are located for exclusive use with dryer in a log cabin close-by. The cottage benefits from its own private patio area with barbaque and garden area.

Both cottages provide guests with a superb haven retreat with the added bonus of seeing the stars pass by, drinking their favourite bubbly , listening to music in the luxury private hot tub. " Our guests often say " This is as good as it gets" .
