Self catering Holiday Cottage Flushing
Falmouth - River Fal
Estuary - Flushing
Flushing Holiday Cottage sleeps 4 people
The cottage is in Flushing, Cornwall across the estuary
from Falmouth.
Flushing is a small friendly village with a very relaxed
atmosphere, where all amenities are easily reached by foot. Once you have
parked your car you can walk to the waters edge or either of the two great
pubs, which are all within a couple of hundred yards of the cottage.
You will also find a fish restaurant of National repute
and general store close by.
If you fancy exploring you could try one of the breathtaking
walks, or take the water taxi across the creek to Falmouth. Once in Falmouth
there are numerous other water taxi routes that can take you all the around
the area.
There is a small beach in Flushing but if you are happy
to drive you are only 4 road miles from Falmouth where you may wish to
visit the larger sandy beaches. Alternatively you can be on the North
Coast within 45 minutes looking for the surf.
For those who fancy shopping we thoroughly recommend a
visit to Truro which is Cornwall's capital city. It is about 10 miles
from the cottage and only a 20 minute drive.
