The apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms, ensuite and master bathrooms, lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, integrated appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.

• There is private security gated parking and a lift to the top floor. Enjoy a drink in the late afternoon sun from the privacy of your own balcony whilst you watch the surf and water sports activities on the beach below.
• Inside, our underfloor heating will keep you warm whatever time of year you visit. Fistral-View is situated on the Pentire Headland at the south end of Fistral Beach, a quieter area of Newquay with sophisticated local cafes, restaurants and bars to visit within easy walking distance.
• For those who want to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Newquay town centre, it is just over a mile away on foot or a few minutes drive.
• Electricity, bedding and heating is included in the price. Suitable for families and one or two couples only (sleeps up to 6, max 4 adults). No smoking or pets.
