Beautiful fisherman's house in the centre of the old quarter of St Ives. This house was built in the middle of the 19th Century on a cobbled street, one minute on foot from the shopping centre, harbour, beaches, restaurants, Tate Art Gallery etc.

The house has been recently completely renovated and refurbished and is constructed on four floors. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The lounge occupies the whole of the first floor. On the second floor is a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with full sized bunk beds, the cot and high chair are kept in the cupboard of this bedroom if needed. The third floor has one bedroom with bunk beds and one with a double bed. This bedroom has views over the harbour. All bedrooms have wash basins.

The house is fully equipped for eight people. All facilities are provided including shower, TV, DVD, video player, microwave, stereo, fridge freezer, washing machine, central heating and instant hot water. Bedding and tea towels are provided but you will need to bring your own towels.

Also provide: body boards, fishing nets and spades!

This is probably the best house in the best position in St Ives. We love it and know that you will too.
