Fern Cottage is a picturesque, recently renovated and furnished 1800s granite cottage with bags of character.

Situated in the unspoilt village of Treen on the Land's End Peninsula in Cornwall. The area has some of the most dramatic and spectacular coastal scenery in the world and is an ideal destination for family beach holidays, activity holidays such as surfing or walking the South West Coastal path, relaxing with friends or for a short break.

Accommodation

Downstairs:
Lounge with feature granite-surround fireplace and wood burning stove; separate dining area with open granite fireplace; fully fitted, newly equipped kitchen including electric oven with grill, electric hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; large entrance area; and slate floors throughout. Tumble drier.

Furnishings include: 3-seater and 2-seater sofas along with two lounge chairs; a large, pine dining table with eight dining chairs, occasional tables, sideboard etc.

Also provided are:- TV, DVD player, CD player and radio, games and a selection of books and DVDs. Free wireless broadband access is available.

Upstairs:
Accommodation for six in one double bedroom, with new en-suite shower room, and two twin-bedded rooms, one with oak floor - views over village/countryside/sea and garden. Bathroom with shower over bath and oak floor.
Cot and high chair are provided, as are linen and towels (but not beach towels). Centrally heated throughout (oil-fired) and logs provided for wood-burner.

Outside:
A private, walled, 'sun-trap' garden with BBQ area and garden furniture. There is also a granite store for surfboards etc.

Private car parking for 2 cars on lane adjacent to Fern Cottage. Additional parking nearby if required.

Location

The village of Treen lies on the south coast, between Penzance and Land's End, just a short stroll from spectacular cliffs and some of the best beaches and most scenic coves in Cornwall. Fern Cottage is close to the coastal path and is an excellent base for exploring the area's many attractions. The superb surfing beaches at Sennen Cove are just a few minutes by car.
