Prices range from £245-£570 per week WEEK COMMENCING Tariff Prices include bed linen and electricity. Parking is in the main car park at the top of the village and costs about £20 per week. Loading and unloading is permitted outside the cottage.

"Failte" Cottage is located right on the banks of the river Pol which flows through the heart of the village and is approached by a pedestrian footbridge.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people it also has the benefit of a small garden and patio with furniture.  Electric storage heaters and a feature electric fire provide the heating.

Polperro harbour - 4 minutes walk from Failte Cottage

The walk to the harbour in one of Cornwall's prettiest villages takes about 4 minutes.

"Failte" is taken from the Gaelic "Cead mille Failte" which is pronounced "cade meela fall-cha"  it means a hundred thousand welcomes, which what the cottage offers to you.

Cottage Accommodation

The cottage is decorated and furnished in a clean and bright contemporary style and is extremely well equipped.

The lounge is equipped with tv, dvd player, video player, stereo music system along with a selection of video tapes. DVDs`s and books.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and separate deep freeze, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the utensils and pots you could wish for.

Out of the three bedrooms, the double bedroom has tv/video and the attic twin room also has tv/video with a selection of childrens video tapes. This attic room is ideally suited to children as it  accessed by a fixed staircase from the double bedroom.

The bathroom consists of a wc , wash basin and walk in shower with grab rail and seat.

Also supplied free of charge are a new travel cot, highchair, single seat buggy and two stair gates.
