"Failte cottage is located right on the banks of the river Pol which flows through the heart of the village and is approached over a pedestrian footbridge.

Tariff....£295.00-£595.00 per week Bed linen and electricity included

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. It also has the benefit of a small rear garden and patio with furniture.

For 2010 "Failte" had fitted a New kitchen. New bathroom. Double glazing. Full central heating and has had total redecoration.

The cottage has free broadband WiFi connection and iPod dock stereo.

Polperro harbour - 4 minutes walk from Failte Cottage

The walk to the harbour in one of Cornwall prettiest villages take about 4 minutes. "Failte" takes its name from the Gaelic "Cead mille Failte" which is pronounced Cade meela fall-cha" it means A hundred thousand welcomes which is exactly what the cottage offers to you. .

Cottage Accommodation

The cottage is decorated and furnished in a bright contemporary style and is extremely well equipped.

The lounge has a flat screen Tv/dvd and a portable music system into which ipods etc can be docked.

The kitchen has an eye level oven . Ceramic hob. Larder fridge. Separate freeze,r a washing machine and all the utensils and pots you could wish for.

Out of the 3 bedrooms the double and the twin room have Tv/Dvd players

The attic twin bedroom is ideally suited to children as it is accessed by a fixed staircase from the double bedroom.

The bathroom consists of a wc, wash basin in a vanity unit with an illuminated mirror and shaver point over, a large walk in shower and a heated towel rail.
