A 450 year old cottage situated in a quiet position, being tucked away next to the ancient parish church. Cubert offers easy access to the beaches of Crantock, Polly Joke and Holywell Bay.

ACCOMMODATION

The cottage offers 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as 2 living rooms, fitted kitchen and ground floor bathroom. Electricity is included as is Oil central heating (but not often used as the external walls are so thick!) Fully double glazed.

The cottage is comfortably furnished giving a cosy atmosphere. Multi channel TV, DVD etc.

Outside, there is a pathway shared with next door leading to the private rear garden. Good sized lawn with established boarders. Patio with table and chairs. Rotary dryer. NB there is a green house so young children will need to be supervised. Allocated parking space.

LOCATION

The village offers a general store/Post Office, a gift shop and 2 good restaurants. There are three local pubs all serving family food and real ale, the closest being the Smugglers Den Inn, a glorious 16th century thatched Inn which is only a short walk across the fields away.

The three beaches of Holywell Bay, Crantock and Polly Joke are just over a mile away. The two headlands between the three beaches are owned by the National Trust and offer some stunning rugged coastlines views so typical of North Cornwall.

Superb family surfing from the three beaches. Golf and Pitch and Putt available at Holywell Bay, Horse riding available locally as well as good Mackerel and Bass fishing.
