Deveral House advertised self-catering holidays in a turn of the century farmhouse built in the same year in which the Titannic hit an iceberg. Recently renovated to a high standard throughout, Deveral House can sleep eight people and provides the following accommodation.
A fully fitted kitchen includes an oil fired Rayburn. The utility room comprises a shower room, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining room is situated through an archway from the kitchen. Across the hall is a large, comfortable lounge with an open fire, colour wide screen television, video and audio systems. This room also has a bed settee.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and the third with twin beds and a set of bunk beds. The main bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over. Outside, the south facing front garden has patio furniture and a BBQ area. Ample parking is available to the rear of the house. Bed linen and all utilities are included.
