The holiday bungalows are built in pairs and are of a brick, cavity wall and tiled roof construction, with panoramic views over looking the Allen Valley. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen (29ftx9ft approx.), 2 bedrooms (9ftx9ft approx.) and a small lobby leading to the bathroom and separate toilet.

The kitchen area is equipped with cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. An immersion heater, shaver point and electric meter are in the lobby and in the lounge area a convector fire and colour T.V.

The Holiday bungalow sleeps up to 6 people with one double bed, two single beds and a double put-u-up settee (in some bungalows).

Our resident managers; Shaunie and Matt live in the Delamere Cottage on the property.

Outside, there is plenty of space for the family to relax or play, with paths leading across the grass from the upper or lower row of bungalows to the car-park. Delamere was once a farm, and although not working now, we still have a barn and outbuilding on the property, and our two large fields are used for grazing. Delabole village is about half a mile away and has grocery stores, newsagent, post office, garage, pub and restaurant.
