Refurbished to a very good standard, it enjoys excellent sea and rural views. Walks along the cliff tops and coastal paths, sea fishing, golf and horse riding all close by. Shop 300 yards, restaurants, pubs, cafes 5 minute walk.

Port Isaac is a character fishing village within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Heritage Coast area. It is surrounded by open countryside and is considered to be a lovely unspoilt corner of Cornwall. The village itself has many good restaurants and quaint shops and galleries to peruse and in the main season you can book fishing or scenic trips from Port Isaac harbour.

Polzeath beach is only 4 miles away - highly regarded as one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall with its sandy beach and great surf it’s a perfect holiday destination. Adjacent to Polzeath is the wide, sandy beach of Daymer Bay another great favourite with families. Also not far away, only 15 minutes by car, is Rock where you can catch a regular ferry boat over to Padstow. Going north is the popular beach of Trebarwith Strand which then takes you on to Tintagel and Boscastle and the heritage of the rugged north Cornish coast - all easily accessible.

A fantastic 5 bedroom property with a lovely living area overlooking the valley and sea. Only a 5 minute walk from the bustling harbour of Port Isaac- this property is in the perfect spot for a great family holiday. Pubs, cafes restaurants and shops all within close walking distance. Bay View has recently been acquired by us and as a result has been completely refurbished inside to provide up to date spacious accommodation with all new decoration and fittings.

The 5 bedrooms consist of 2 double (king size beds) and 3 twins. The 2 doubles and 1 twin are on the ground floor and the other 2 twins are upstairs with a joint en-suite bathroom with power shower. Downstairs there is also a large bathroom with separate power shower and bath, sink and wc.

The house is light and airy and much thought has gone into the interior decoration with modern furnishings of a very high standard. There is a brand new kitchen at the property and this leads onto the dining and living area. From the lounge there are huge glass doors leading out to the terrace making the most of the views and providing an area perfect for dining and relaxing. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and there is a washing machine and dryer at the property. We have tried to think of everything you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible with a very well equipped kitchen and all the conveniences necessary for a smooth running holiday.

The property has a room downstairs with a table football table. There is a garden area below the terrace and a barbeque is provided for al fresco dining. Bay View is a large property and there is plenty of room for 2 or more families to spread out with lots of comfortable space to call ones own.

Outside there is ample parking for up to 4 cars and a garage for storage of surfboards and sailing equipment.

A delightful and spacious 5 bedroom house commanding superb sea views. It is less than a mile to the local cove of Bossiney - a steep walk down, but worth it for the great surfing and rock pools when the tide is out. The coastal paths are not far away and the mystical ruins of King Arthurs Castle at Tintagel is only a mile and a half down the road.

The property has recently been redecorated throughout and has new furnishings thoughtfully chosen. The kitchen is large and has all the appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave etc necessary for a smooth running holiday.

The living room is bright and airy with patio doors leading out to the large garden which has great views out to sea. On the terrace there is a barbeque and lovely teak garden furniture. 3 out of the 5 bedrooms also have stunning sea views.

This roomy house is wonderful for families or a group of friends and is a marvellous place to relax and unwind and makes an ideal base for some great days out.

The open plan design of this property with its huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sea makes it a very special place. Atlanta is a fabulous 4 bedroom property with 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites. It offers modern spacious accommodation in a beautiful position. We have recently extended and refurbished and put in a new kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. There are 2 double bedrooms with kingsize beds and 2 twins all made up with with lovely Egyptian cotton bed linen.

Outside there is an enclosed garden at the back with a large games room with full size table tennis table.

At the front of the property the spacious living room leads out to a superb terrace overlooking the sea. This terrace is a place where friends can dine al fresco and enjoy the striking view whilst watching the spectacular sun sets. This stunning bungalow is 2 miles from Boscastle and only 1.5 miles from Tintagel and this rugged area of the north coast offers plenty to do with many wonderful places to discover.

Seagull Barn has two bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 people.

The principal bedroom is split over two levels with the kingsize bed positioned on a platform in order to take advantage of the delightful views through a large arched feature window. There is also a brand new ensuite shower room.

It is the perfect hideaway for a romantic break with many delightful character features including a solid slate fireplace with wood burner, open beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls.

Also great for a family holiday with all the attractions Boscastle and the surrounding area offer. Boscastle is a spectacular Elizabethan harbour designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village has shops, pubs, restaurants and a visitor’s centre. Historic Tintagel is only 3 miles away, while Bude (20 minutes by car) offers all the desired seaside attractions including surfing. In the other direction you are only 20 minutes from Polzeath, one of Cornwall’s most popular family beaches. The North Cornwall Coast path is only a short distance away and nearby you can enjoy, seal-spotting, bird watching, coarse and sea fishing and horse riding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. A stable door leads to the living area. At one end of the living room situated below a beautiful bay window there is a dining table overlooking the gardens and enjoying distant rooftops views to the sea.

The bathroom comprises bath with shower over, hand basin and wc. Bed linen is provided at the property with beds made up on arrival for your comfort. All electricity and oil are included in the tariff. A cot and highchair are also provided should you require them. Please note that it is a no smoking house but we do welcome well behaved dogs.
