The property is entered on the middle floor past the kitchen to the lounge dining room which has a picture window and a small balcony with panoramic views over West Looe and across the harbour to East Looe. There is a wide screen TV and video.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size hob and oven, microwave, fridge and all necessary cooking equipment to make your holliday a comfortable one. A small breakfast bar is at the one end.

Outside there is a utility room with washing machine. A clothes drying rotary line can be found on the lower patio down the steps to the front of the property.

Down to the lower level to find the main bedroom with double bed TV and views similar to the lounge across West Looe. On the same level is the second bedroom with two single beds and a small outside patio. There will also be found the bathroom with wash basin and shower. Separate toilet. From the lounge leads a steep flight of stairs to the loft bedroom which has a further pair of single beds.
