Gryffindor and Hufflepuff are new holiday homes sleeping up to six people each, only a hundred yards from the surf beach at Porthtowan.

There are sea views from Gryffindor
pets are welcome in Hufflepuff.

Gryffindor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs and a large living room/diner and a kitchen downstairs.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite with a shower, basin and toilet. There are 2 single beds in the next bedroom and the smallest bedroom has a set of bunks.

The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a toilet.

Hufflepuff has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs and a kitchen/diner and living room downstairs. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and the larger bedroom has 2 single beds and a set of bunks.

TARIFF 2007

Prices range from £300 - £880 per week To include gas, electric, all linen but not towels. Both houses are no smoking.

Both houses have fully equipped kitchens, 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washer/dryer.

For entertainment there is a colour TV and a DVD/Video in each house as well as a CD, cassette/radio.

There is also a communal private car parking area to the front of the houses and a small garden to the rear with a table and chairs and a BBQ.

Porthtowan

Porthtowan has a wonderful blue flag surfing beach with lifeguards throughout the season. As well as the large sandy beach there is an area of shingle and rockpools at each headland at low tide.

Next to the beach there is the famous Blue Bar, with live music, good food and a great al fresco area to enjoy a drink watching the sun set at the end of the day.

Closer to the houses there is a pub with a new well equipped children's play area. Within a minutes walk there is a local store and deli, a post office, surf equipment hire shop and various beach shops. Truro and Redruth, with a large range of shops are 15 minutes away and St Ives and Newquay about 30 minutes.
