Captains Cabin is a first floor one bedroomed apartment with panoramic harbour and distant views. Falmouth town centre is about five minutes to walk.

Being part of a large Victorian terraced town house, it is situated in an elevated position on the edge of the town. The living room and kitchen have extensive views across the Penryn River towards Flushing, Falmouth Harbour and the estuary towards St. Mawes.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with the bedroom having one double bed and en-suite bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed which folds out into a conventional double bed with a sprung mattress.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
