Hidden away in the picturesque village of St Tudy is Coppersmiths Cottage.

ACCOMMODATION

The front door leads into the newly refurbished spacious kitchen with reclaimed pine floor and a large breakfast table that easily seats six people. There is an electric ceramic hob, oven, grill and microwave; built in dishwasher and separate washing machine and tumble dryer; large fridge freezer.

Leading on from the kitchen is the sitting room which also has a reclaimed pine floor and is furnished with comfy chairs and a settee. The focal point of the room is the new log burner which is ideal for those chilly winter evenings. There is a TV, DVD, CD and radio player, with a selection of DVD's and CD's provided for your entertainment. There is also a wifi connection. A dining table and chairs provide more formal dining if so wished and this looks out through the French doors into the mature flower filled cottage garden.

From the living room there is a downstairs bedroom which is fully carpeted and tastefully decorated and has twin beds, that if so wished can zip and link to make a spacious 6ft bed.

Also leading off from the sitting area is a brand new large shower room with sink and toilet. Stairs lead up to the first floor.

The main bedroom is fully carpeted and has a king size bed, plenty of storage and the view from the window looks out over the cottage garden. A door leads into the upstairs bathroom which has been fully refurbished and consists of a bath with shower over, sink, toilet and shaver power point.

The second upstairs bedroom leads off from the landing and is fully carpeted and has twin beds, with plenty of storage. This bedroom also offers direct access to the upstairs bathroom.

Outside there is a patio area with table, chairs and sun umbrella and BBQ, positioned to catch the last of the afternoon sun. The grass area is surrounded by flower beds providing all year round colour and interest.

LOCATION

St Tudy is ideally situated for the spectacular North Cornish coast and has good access to Bodmin Moor, Camel Trail and the Eden Project.

The beaches of Polzeath, Daymer and Rock are 20 minutes away.

Lanhydrock, St Enodoc, Roserrow and Trevose golf clubs are all within an easy drive making Coppersmiths Cottage an ideal base for your holiday.
