Cobblestones is a contemporary cottage with
panoramic sea views decorated to a high standard. This old fisherman's
cottage is in the heart of St. Ives but tucked away in a secret location
down a charming cobbled street just yards from the harbour front.

The front door opens on to a cobbled street
turn left and take a few steps you are on Fore Street, turn right and
you are on the Harbour front.
The cottage is on three floors, it has been modernised
to give a comfortable yet contemporary feel.
The a frame Lounge on the 2nd floor has stunning
views over St. Ives Bay. The room is surrounded by windows giving
a wonderful light and airy feel.
The bedroom has views on to Fore Street and is decorated
in a modern yet neutral style.
The bathroom has views over the Bay and the kitchen offers
a comfortable dining area.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground Floor:
Kitchen/Diner with solid wood work tops, fridge, gas oven
and hob, microwave and table with two chairs.
First Floor:
Double bedroom with 4ft 6 bed, wardrobe with two drawers,
LCD Tv with freeview and views to Fore Street, with i-pod speaker system.

Bathroom with modern white suite, shower over bath and
views of St. Ives Bay.
Second Floor:
Lounge with LCD TV, I-pod speaker system, sofa tub chair,
beanbag and views over St. Ives Bay.
