Coast View is a newly refurbished, self catering, reverse level holiday home in Port Isaac with sea and coastal views over rooftops.

There is plenty of room for six people and bed linen and duvets are provided. All electricity and heating is included in the price. Outside is a sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs.

ACCOMMODATION

Coast View is a three bedroomed holiday home. Open all year round, the house sleeps six people; all bed linen and duvets are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels. Electricity and heating is included in the tariff.

The accommodation comprises:

First Floor
The living accommodation is on the first floor from where there are panoramic views of the coast and the sea. In the sitting/dining room you will find sky TV with all the free to view channels, a DVD player and radio. There is a sea view from both the windows. The kitchen is well equipped with electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is a sea view from here as well. Just off the sitting room is the study which is stocked with plenty of books, films and games. The freezer is here too and yet another sea view. Finally, on this floor, is a shower room/WC.

Ground Floor
The entrance hall, bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room. The third bedroom has a double bed.

Courtyard Garden
The lovely courtyard garden has garden furniture, an outside security light and a washing line. There is private parking for two cars outside the property

LOCATION

Coast View is ideally situated at the top of Port Isaac village from where it is only a few minutes walk to Port Isaac harbour and Port Gaverne Cove.

Just around the corner from the house is a delicatessen where you can get fresh bread and morning papers and only two minutes walk up the hill is the co-op mini market (open till late 7 days a week). There are also two restaurants and a pub, all within minutes of the house.

Prices range from £350 - £795 per week

Change over day is Friday. Dogs Welcome.
The prices include electricity and heating. All bed linen and duvets are provided. Towels are not normally provided but may be available at an extra charge if required.
