A booking form must be completed when reserving the room and credit card given with a commitment to pay for any damages. A £300 non refundable deposit must be paid when booking the apartment. Rooms. Blue Sail Room 70.00 per night Red Sail Room 60.00 per night Prices are per room and remain the same throughout the year and are inclusive of Vat, Sheets towels and utilities. When booking rooms in advance credit card details must be given with a commitment to pay for any damages and a 50% non refundable deposit must be given. Note When booking a room in conjunction with the Apartment a discount of 12% will be made on the room rate. As the bedrooms are on a separate floor they are not suitable for children

Coasters Tea Shop and Accommodation is a detached 200 year old building in the centre of St Ives only a few steps from the sea front and Harbour, but tucked away quietly from the main thoroughfare of the town. Situated close to the Parish Church and next to the St Ives memorial garden.

The Tea Shop is on the ground floor and opens from 10.00am to 6.00pm each day, we only sell Cream Teas and home made cakes (but in our opinion it's the best Cream Tea in Cornwall).

Coasters accommodation is accessed via a separate entrance to the side of the building and on the first floor can be found two independent luxury en-suite bedrooms.

One with a queen size bed, luxury wet room/shower for two persons (think of your carbon foot print)? The other room is slightly smaller with a luxury bed and en-suite facilities.

Both rooms have tea or coffee making facilities and flat screen TV. Alarm clock radio, CD player and towels and sheets our included in the room hire.

The two bedroom Apartment is on the second floor with beautiful views over the church lawn into the harbour and beyond out to sea in the front and views over the wonderful memorial gardens and the Parish Church of St Ia to the side.

The Apartment has everything you would expect of luxury accommodation and most importantly comfortable beds (linen and towels included).
