The spacious ground floor barn conversion offers a light spacious beamed kitchen with views over the stream and garden . Fully fitted with farmhouse table and chairs includes electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dish washer. An archway leads into a beamed lounge with victorian
fireplace, comfortable sofa and chair. It has double French doors
that lead onto the courtyard and includes Sky TV/DVD & Stero/CD

Two bedrooms lead off from the lounge one with zip & link beds to form a 6ft double or two singles and one single. Both have views over the garden.
