Conveniently located in a quite lane, only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach which is very popular with surfers and families with plenty of rock pools to keep little ones entertained.

Accommodation

This cosy and comfortable first floor apartment is very well equipped.

• Entrance door into hallway.
• Stairs to first floor:
• door to open plan kitchen/lounge/diner three seater bed settee, TV. Built in electric oven and hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave.
• Bedroom, twin pine 3' beds with en-suite shower room, thermostatic power shower.
• Parking for one car in shared private driveway.

The property is suitable for a couple or a couple with two small children. Power and heat are included. Bed linen and towels are provided.

An extra £25 per week is charged if the bed settee is used, to cover additional linen. We do not supply beach towels. OS map reference. SW 867 743

Constantine Bay

From Constantine Bay you can walk out to Trevose Head and the light house, we are also well situated for those wishing to walk the SW Coastal foot path. In fact we are within three miles radius of seven of Europe's best beaches. Trevose golf and Country Club is just a 2 minute walk from the property, offering a championship 18 hole course and two nine hole courses, tennis courts can be hired.

The restaurant Amaglos is excellent and offers stunning views. The Constantine Bay stores and surf shop are just 50mts away.

The historic port of Padstow is just four miles away. The camel trail offers spectacular scenery and walks with bike hire available from Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin There are also an exceptional number of first class restaurants among them the famous Rick Stein Seafood Restaurant.
The camel estuary offers fishing, sailing, water skiing , bird watching and much much more.
St. Merryn is located just one mile away and offers two traditional old pubs and a wide selection of restaurants and shops.
