The property is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and is within easy driving distance of Boscastle, Port Isaac, Bude, Rock, Padstow and beyond and within easy walking distance of the village of Tintagel.

There are lovely coastal views from the first floor lounge and master bedroom.

Prices range from £270 - £650 per week All bedlinen and towels (except beach towels) are provided. ACCOMMODATION

"Chylowen" has been fully redecorated and newly furnished for 2010 and has a cosy atmosphere providing a warm and comfortable retreat at any time of the year with all heating and electricity costs included.

There is a large kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine leading to a separate dining area. There is also a conservatory leading out to the garden on the ground floor.

The lounge is situated on the first floor with beautiful views across open farmland to the church, Tintagel village and the Atlantic Ocean. It is furnished with two large leather sofas, 32" LCD TV with Freeview and separate DVD player.

The property has three bedrooms: the master with king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom with twin beds and the third bedroom with a small double bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath/shower.

There is a private garden to the rear of the property with patio, barbecue and garden furniture and detached garage for storage of bikes, surfboards etc.

LOCATION

The village of Tintagel with its range of local shops and services, gift shops, pubs and restaurants is an easy 10 minute walk away. It is known for the myths and legends of King Arthur and the Castle, The Old Post Office and its ancient Parish Church set high on the cliffs in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking the stunning Atlantic Ocean.

The immediate local area, and North Cornwall beyond, is known for its great surfing beaches, Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney both being within walking distance of the property, beautiful coastal and inland walks with miles of coastal and inland footpaths to explore and fishing from the beach, rocks or by local charter boats.

The picturesque village of Boscastle is only 3 miles away with the towns of Wadebridge, Padstow, Bude and Newquay all within driving distance and the renowned Eden Project only a 45 minute drive away.

The property is owned and maintained by a local family who live nearby ensuring the highest standards at all times and who are available to give help and assistance at any time.
