Ground Floor: entrance hall, 1 king size bed, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bunk-bedded room with drawers, Family bathroom, with bath & shower attachment, wc and basin. Stairs lead to:

First Floor: a fully equipped kitchen, shower room with wc and basin, and an open plan dining area complete with a full sized table football table.

From this floor you have access to the deck with teak chairs and side table and stairs leading down to a private courtyard with outdoor dining and a charcoal BBQ.

Stairs lead to:

Second Floor: a beautifully styled spacious lounge area complete with 3 leather sofas, DVD, Video, Digital TV, Bose CD/Radio.

The property has shared use of a grass recreation area with picnic tables and sea views.
